SI Portal CMDB allows you to document, secure, track, and search all of your IT related resources. Your Customers have a plethera of information about thier systems and networks. Centralize the access of all this using SI Portal CMDB. Store information on accounts, contacts, devices, diagrams, licenses, passwords, and documents. Keep track of Login accounts. Examples include AD Login, Email System Login, Registrar information, and other username/passwords. Record info on a variety of users and consultants that work for your company or your clients. Your client has Servers, Routers, Firewalls, and Switches. They may also have custom devices like phone systems, kvm, backup drives, Active Directory, or UPS Systems.
